– Since 11h33 you may experience a delay in PlanManager. We do everything to resolve this as quickly as possible. As soon as we have found a solution, we will post an update here.

Dear Customer,
first of all we would like to thank you for your feedback. In order to improve the performance of PlanManager, we will continue working this weekend to increase the capacity. For this purpose, 2 additional servers will be deployed. We will also look into the reorganization of the existing infrastructure.

UPDATE 17h00

– The cause of the delays today was due to 2 nodes failing after a system software crash. This needs to be restarted and will be done by the technical team in the coming hours. Currently 1 node is active which is why the delays are still occurring. Our first priority is to activate the 2 nodes again.

– Since 13h30 you may experience a delay in PlanManager. We do everything to resolve this as quickly as possible. As soon as we have found a solution, we will post an update here.

– Since 09h40 PlanManager is back up and running. The technical team is analyzing the cause of the delay.

– Since 08h45 you may experience a delay in PlanManager. We do everything to resolve this as quickly as possible. As soon as we have found a solution, we will post an update here.

– Since 08h58 our data container is back up and running. The technical team is analyzing the cause.

– Since 08h04 we are experiencing problems with our data container. Photos/documents can therefore not be used. We do everything to resolve this as quickly as possible. As soon as we have found a solution, we will post an update here.
